These terms govern your use of Infinity Legends Run (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Virtual items and purchases
Coins, diamonds and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you — not sold. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game's files, reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that harms other players or us.
Advertising
The Game shows ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob and Unity Ads). Your use of ad content is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. All characters, names and events are fictional and for entertainment only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.
Changes
We may update the Game and these terms from time to time. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
